Discover Chef Julien Thomasson
Originally from the Ain, Julien Thomasson cut his teeth in the Jura with Jean-Paul Jeunet, before continuing his career with the stars of French gastronomy, Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Patrick Jeffroy in Carantec in Finistère.
Julien and his wife Célia, in charge of the wine cellar, have joined the Château de Germigney team to the delight of our guests.
