Julien Thomasson, the emblematic chef of the Jura region, with 2 Michelin stars to his name, and his wife Célia, the Head Sommelier, have joined the Château de Germigney team, much to the delight of our guests. We look forward to introducing you to their gastronomic signature and sharing a new culinary experience with you.
Our outdoor swimming pool is currently under renovation, we apologise for any inconvenience. A new swimming area will be ready for you as soon as the weather is fine.

Originally from the Ain, Julien Thomasson cut his teeth in the Jura with Jean-Paul Jeunet, before continuing his career with the stars of French gastronomy, Pierre Gagnaire in Paris and Patrick Jeffroy in Carantec in Finistère.
Julien and his wife Célia, in charge of the wine cellar, have joined the Château de Germigney team to the delight of our guests.
