Our restaurant shares its culinary philosophy with passion and generosity throughout the year, highlighting local produce from the Jura region and throughout France.
What's more, proximity is at the heart of our approach, since almost 90% of our supplies come from our region. Before opening our restaurant, we took meticulous care to select the best ingredients. By meeting with local producers, we established our egg production at the Château and work with nearby beehives to produce our honey, ensuring exceptional quality.
