Chef Francesco Di Marzio's cuisine is a gastronomic journey shaped by his international background.
Of Italian origin, Chef Di Marzio has shared his culinary talent in prestigious destinations such as San Francisco, London, Hong Kong, and most recently, Singapore, where he was awarded a Michelin star for his work at La Dame de Pic at Raffles.
Maison Rosella embodies the values cherished by the chef, in particular the notion of family, hence the name "Rosella" in homage to his mother, an inexhaustible source of creativity.
Our establishment is an ode to nature, with a bucolic decor enhanced by shades of pink and abundant flowers to make our guests feel at home, enjoying personalized service. Each dish features ingredients carefully selected from regional producers, creating a symbiosis of authentic flavors and culinary creativity.

Maison Rosella shares its culinary philosophy with passion and generosity throughout the year. The chef's cuisine is the fruit of his personal journey and extensive travels, highlighting the local produce of the Jura region and France, while sublimating French culinary techniques with Italian and Asian influences.
What's more, proximity is at the heart of our approach, since almost 90% of our supplies come from our region. Before opening our Maison, Francesco Di Marzio took meticulous care to select the best ingredients. He met with local producers and even established our own egg farm, as well as setting up nearby beehives to produce our own honey, guaranteeing exceptional quality.

A superb setting for storing our carefully selected wines in optimal conditions. Jura nuggets and famous vintages rub shoulders with wines for pleasure and sharing. Our sommelier is on hand to advise you on the wines best suited to the Chef's creations.
